I grew up on the south coast of Wales with my family and when I was 18, I moved to London where I gained my degree in Psychology, Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience from Royal Holloway University of London. After I graduated, I took some time to work as international cabin crew member for two years. I was lucky enough to visit over 40 countries while working in the air!
I then moved to a city called Bristol to start my teaching journey. I attended Bath Spa University, where I gained my PGCE Primary and Early Years teaching qualification. My favourite subject to teach is Literacy as I love to read! I have been teaching at The First Steps since 2021. In my class, we are all a team. We encourage and support one another and treat each other with kindness and respect.
