BACKGROUND:
I come from southern Thailand, near Malaysia. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Thai from Prince of Songkla University in the south and earned my master’s degree in Thai from Thammasat University. Before becoming a Thai language teacher, I worked as an editorial staff member at a publishing house. I have now been teaching Thai for six years
STRENGHTS:
I enjoy working with children and prioritize their learning and personal growth in all areas, including academics, social skills, and emotional development.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT TEACHING:
I love teaching because every day is different, with new challenges arising all the time. I also enjoy being here because the colleagues, students, and parents are all very friendly.
MY APPROACH IN THE CLASSROOM:
Mutual respect between teachers and students is essential for fostering a lively and enjoyable classroom atmosphere. This creates an environment where learning becomes both engaging and delightful, rather than dull.
LOOKING AHEAD:
I hope for my students to improve their reading, writing, and Thai language skills, as they are Thai or living in Thailand. I also want them to learn about Thai culture in a fun and engaging way.
